Marriage Retreat

This past weekend Kyle and I were able to go on a Marriage retreat with our church. We had such a great time. The speakers were old Young Life friends of mine, the Vancils. It was amazing to hear about their marriage. Kyle and I were very encouraged by then and hope to continue to grow with each other over the years. The best part is Kyle and I connected even more this weekend and it just gets me more excited to be married to him. I am truly blessed to have the husband I do. Thank you Jesus.

26 1/2 weeks along.

A lot of our friends went to the retreat too. The retreat was called the amazing race. Each couple had bandannas for their team. IT was like being at a young life camp with grown ups. It was a lot of fun to be that crazy with my husband and friends. We also got to spend some quality time with other friends. One night they had Jazz night with ice cream, yum, yum. WE played games and stayed up late. On the last day they encouraged us to do a foot washing with our husbands and that was very moving for me. I long to be a good wife and grow old with Kyle. Thank you Kyle for such a wonderful time.

Happy Valentines Day

Getting a pedicure.

The cook

Tamara, Myself and April. April and I are both pregnant and due just 2 days apart from each other.

Valentines day was amazing. I dropped Allison off and Grandmas and then came home for a short nap. Around 4pm our friends the Van Liews and Sargeants came by. The woman headed out and had a manicure and pedicure, while the men set up for dinner.

Kyle spent most of Saturday prepping the food. The men made Kaspar's Healthy chicken soup (yummy), Cesar salad and Braised Lamb shank with Masala and lentil sauce and Artichoke Mashed Potatoes. For dessert we had vanilla creme brulee, yummy. I am so blessed to have married a great cook. I tried lamb for the first time and it was good but I am not sold on lamb. When we arrived back from our spa treatment the guys had set the table up really nice. They pampered us this year. I am very blessed to have an amazing, thoughtful and loving husband

and great friends. Thank you all for making our time together wonderful.

Gregg had a little too much wine but he was very entertaining.

How Many bibs can you put on?

My daughter continues to crack us up. When Allison was a baby she never liked having to wear a bid. I recently pulled out some old bibs and put them in the hutch for baby Caleb. Oh, ya we decided to name our son Caleb Kyle Hutchison. Back to the story, anyways, last night Allison pulled them all out and kept asking dad to put each one on her. Here she is with all the bibs around her neck and on her arm. She is so cute.
