First Dentist Appointment

Getting Teeth Brushed

Today Allison went to the Dentist. She did great. She got to watch a little TV screen while they looked in her mouth. Her teeth looked great and I guess we are brushing good because we had no problems. She loved getting little treats like a new tooth brush, stickers and floss. Afterwards they gave her coins to get a toy and she got a necklace and a ball. They appointment was short and sweet. I wish my appointments were like that.

Woodinville All Fools Parade

Our little Spring Flower Girl

Waiting to start the Parade

Here we go all wet
Today our family walked with the Woodinville Toddler Group in the all Fools parade. Allison and I go to this toddler group once a week. It is a great group where you meet other moms and and play with your kids. I am on the board this year and I helped put together our group in the parade with another mom. I was not wanting to do it in the rain but it worked out and it was a lot of fun. Allison just sat in her stroller and we walked down the main street of Woodinville. I was surprised about how many people showed up. I guess you just have to get used to the rain if you live here in Seattle. Their are a lot of dedicated people watching this parade. The best part for us was that Allison's papa showed up to see us. Our group dressed up with flowers for the garden. We even passed out packages of seeds for people to grow flowers in there gardens this spring. The parade had a lot of great things going on. As we walked back to our car we got to see clowns, horses, dancers, gymnastics and even dogs. We then met my dad for lunch and then headed home for a long nap.

Ready for Bed

Silly time

Serious Time

Here are some cute pictures of my little girl. She is wearing her silky night gown she got for Christmas. Allison amazes me with how fast she is growing. Friday I had a hormonal pregnant day and was in tears. Allison said, "mommy please don't cry, let me wipe your tears for you." OK, that made me cry more. I am in aah of how such a little one can be so tender hearted.

5 gifts for 5 years

This Year Kyle was very romantic. He bought me a present for each year we are married. I received hand soap, my favorite book to read, a black knitted hat, a purse and a nice shiny new ring. I am truly blessed for his kindness. He is more of a romantic then me. I did buy him some nice silky boxers. Thank you Kyle for making the last 5 years the greatest time. I look forward to spending about 50 or more with you.

Suncadia Resort

This weekend Kyle and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at teh Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum. We headed out Friday afternoon after we dropped of Allison and Grandma and Grandpa Hutchison's house. I had not idea what to expect but the drive was only an 1hr 1/2 long. Driving up to the resort was amazing. Their were lots of trees and some snow. It was raining when we arrived but I did not mind it at all. We enjoyed some down time in our room and then got ready to eat at the resturant. We had a great time. They had our table all set up for us. We enjoyed talking and eating good food. We forgot to take pictures of our food. My friend April enspired us to do that when we eat good food. I had the Beefalo Strip Loin with Boursin blue cheese crust, foraged mushrooms, and whipped potatoes, it was so good. I have not eaten steak this whole pregnancy and this totally satisfied me. Kyle had a special, which was black Cod. He enjoyed it as well. We then split dessert and had the chocolate cake with fudge and ice cream, it was sooo yummy. After dinner we headed back to our room for the night.
Saturday morning we woke up to this beautifu day. We took a short walk around the place and just took in the sun. We saw a lot of deer scat and Kyle even saw a deer. The Mountains were so amazing. We spent some time sitting and praying together. It was a great time to connect and just remember the Lord in these moments. Kyle and I spent much time reconnecting and relaxing together. After lunch on Saturday in our room. Yes, we had a small kitchen in our room. Kyle sent me to the spa. I had the most amazing pregnancy massage ever. I have not been that relaxed since way before I had Allison. They had this amazing pillow that wrapped around my tummy so I could lay on my tummy. I didn't even feel like I was pregnant and that was the best. I spent a few hours enjoying the spa area. I look forward to going back. Kyle used that time to work out at the fitness center and enjoy the the saunas. We met up later and ended up both taking a late nap in the most comfortable bed ever. We woke up hunger so we headed to Cle Elum for Pizza. Cle Elum is a small town. We went to a whole in the wall pizza place but the pizza was really good. I was still tired from my massage so we headed back to our room and relaxed and I crashed. Sunday morning we woke up to another amazing day, packed and headed home. Kyle and I talked about what were our goals in the next 5 years and we talked about maybe retiring in Suncadia. Its a long way off but I absolutley loved this place. It has so much to do for families and it is continuing to grow. They are going to build a shopping area and more.

I got paid today

Bath Time

As a stay home mom, we never feel like our job is done and we don't feel we ever get paid. This morning I did get paid. I showed Allison all the great snacks I bought her. We have been out of snaky foods that she totally loves. I showed her the Apples, the breakfast bars and the organic trader Joe's peanut butter crackers. She hugged me and said, "thank you mommy for buying me the bars, apples and the crackers, I love you." My daughter seems to amaze me with her tender heart and her appreciation. I pray that her tenderness will be used for Gods kingdom. Love ya bug.

5 Years Today

Happy Anniversary Kyle. I can hardly believe it has been 5 years. I am so very blessed to have a wonderful husband. This whole week he has given me a present for each year we have been married. We are also headed off to a resort in Cle Elum. He is spoiling me rotten. I am looking forward to a wonderful weekend with you. Thank you for being a Godly man and choosing to love me at all times. I love you.

Funny Story

Today while driving Allison asked, "where did Daddy and I go last night?" I said, "target." She then said, " we bought tights, a wice (rice) cooker and a ring." I said, " a ring?" " Daddy bought you a surprise ring." I just laughed. I called Kyle to tell him the surprise was over and to never shop with Allison. She is way to funny and can not keep a secret. Love you baby girl.

Braids

This morning I just had to braid Allison's hair. I am not good at french braiding but I thought I would try it since her hair was wet. She loved it and I was surprised she even let me do it. She is too cute. We snapped a few pictures before we headed off to church this morning.
OK I look a little tired and chunky. But I could be holding another 10lb baby again. Kyle and Allison look so cute together. Daddies little girl.

Daddy's Pants

The other day Allison found Kyles old shorts and wanted to pu them on. She thought they were dress up clothes. She loves to wear daddies shorts.
