Stone Mountain Atlanta

On the train, ready to go around the Mountain

My Sweet Boy

All of us on the train

Allison's goofy face

I just love this boy.
We took a day to spend a few hours at Stone Mountain in Atlanta. The day was pretty nice outside so we wanted to go. We had a great time but their was not much to do. They did have a big light show at night but we did not stay. Hannah, Allison and I watched the 4D to polar express. It was pretty interesting. We then headed in doors to see shops and eat some food. I don't know if I will take my kids back to Stone Mountain. It was too much money for just a few things to do. The great part is we did have fun though.

Thanksgiving

Father and Son

Allison had Hannah put a brade in her hair.

Our Family

On Thanksgiving day we decided to take a walk in the morning on the sunny beach. Oh how I just loved wearing shorts and walking on the soft fluffy sand. This year was defiantly different then any other year I have celebrated Thanksgiving. We had no cooking or mess to clean up. The Peterson's wanted to eat at the country club so we did. The food was great and the company was wonderful. It was defiantly a lot different this year but we had a good time sitting outside by the pool.

A day at the peach and pool

the Petersons

nap time

The best part about being in Florida in November is playing at the pool and walking on the Beach. This part of Florida is one of my favorite places on earth. The sand is so very soft and the water is very beautiful.

Florida

On our way to Florida. Hannah drove in the middle of Allison and Caleb. What a trooper.

I am so excited that we finally headed down to Florida for Thanksgiving. The ride was a little tough. We got in a little bit of traffic getting out of Atlanta and then we had to stop for dinner and coffee. The last two hours was very hard on us because Caleb was done being in the car seat. He cried for two hours. As soon as we got to the beach house and I took him out he stoped crying. He just did not want to be in the car seat for 8 hours. We got to the Peterson's beach house really late. We put the kids to bed and crashed for the night. Kyle had a surprise date for me. We got up very early to go Deep Sea Fishing. I kept trying to figure out what he had planned but I never thought of deep sea fishing. I was an amazing experience. We had the best time together. I love experiencing new things with my husband and I love that he surprises me all the time. He is such a romantic. Thank you Kyle for being a good husband. I am truly blessed to have such a man like you.

Peterson's Home

WE ARRIVED, YAHOO!

Kyle and Zachary

Hannah and the kids

We finally landed got unloaded and got all our luggage. We then headed to get our rental car. When we arrived in Atlanta it was rainy, dark and cold. The Peterson's were at church so we headed toward there house and got some dinner. It was so fun to be back in Atlanta. I truly miss seeing the Peterson's. Hannah and Zachary were so excited to see Allison and Caleb. It was like being home again. A long travel day made for a early to bed night for Allison. She was wiped. I tried to keep Caleb up on our local time. 3 hours is a big difference for the little ones. We spent much of our time catching up with the Peterson's and then off to bed. We were looking forward to leaving in a few days down to the Peterson's Beach house. I was so excited to finally see this house I have heard so much about. Plus I was excited to show my family one of my favorite beaches on this earth.
