I am loving this weather. I finally get to work in the yard and plant some great flowers and veggies. After church Kyle and I took Allison to a local nursery and we shopped for plants. She thought it was a lot of fun. I put every thing out and waited after her nap to plant them. I think she enjoyed more getting wet and dirty then planting them. Her new words are "me do it mommy." I really hope she enjoys gardening as much as I do. Gardening really filled my spirit that day and I hope to do more with Allison.
I realized with gardening it has helped me connect with God outside. Having such little time to spend in his word each day, gardening fills that time for me. I really hope this weather continues and we have a good summer; otherwise Allison and I are leaving for the south all summer.
