Sunny Day In Seattle

The weather has been so amazing. I have loved every minute of it. The kids really enjoyed spending most of their time outside. I bought them a new pool to play in. Caleb was not so sure about it. He loves to swim, take baths and play in water. The pool water was a little too cold for our little guy.

I can not believe my little guy is going to be 1 in two weeks. He is growing so fast. His new thing right now is singing the clean up, clean up, or saying daddy and whats that. Of course its not totally clear what he is saying but we understand him very well. Caleb is still crawling and trying to pull himself up. I am not in a big hurry for him to walk. I mean I am caring about 25 or more lbs around so my muscle's are looking pretty good. :)
Allison has about 3 weeks of school left. She spends much of her time playing at the neighbors house. This past week she had a friend from school birthday party to go to. She asked me if I could leave the party. It was an option to stay or leave. I took the opportunity to leave. She had a great time. When I came to pick her up she was not ready to go. I think Allison loves being away from mom.
Kyle is doing well. He is moving to a new team in a few weeks. He is very excited to be challenged in other areas of Microsoft. He will be working with his old boss Craig again. He is very excited to be with him. Kyle is also trying to get some riding in once a week.
I am doing OK. Lately I have been dealing with my hormones again. This is not a fun time for me and sometimes for my family. The good thing is I am continuing to train for my sprint tri-athalon. Kyle has been a great support and encouraged me to get out and ride/run and swim. I am actually going to start practicing the swimming this week at the club. It should be interesting. I am enjoying getting out 3 times a week to exercise but I have had some complications with my hip. I am now looking into acupuncture for my hip. If this does not work then my physical therapist would like for me to get an MRI. Some days are better then others. I am praying for God to heal me soon. :)
If you don't already know we have decided to expand our deck. We spend a lot of our time in the back. We decided to make it more family friendly. After much prayer and many different bids on our deck, Kyle made a decision. Our new deck will be starting on Monday the 16Th. It was a hard process to go through but we are happy with who we choose. It should take about a week. We are so excited. We hope to have sun on Caleb's first birthday so we can enjoy the new deck.
Life continues to go on in our house hold. We are enjoying our kids and being challenged as parents every day. We look to our Savior for more Wisdom as the kids go through many changes. We are very thankful for our home.
