Yes, tickle me elmo moves and shakes. He is very good entertainment for some, but for some well they are not sure about a moving toy. Thursday I watched my friend Aprils son Gibson for a few hours. We played at the park down from our house and then played inside because it was so cold. Allison has a tickle me elmo. Gibson pushed on the elmo and when he started to move he was a little disturbed.
